Biography

Beth Goudie is a singer/songwriter born in the Rhondda Valleys, South Wales and raised for a part of her childhood in Tanzania, East Africa.

Growing up in a home filled with music, Beth found inspiration in songwriters such as Leonard Cohen, Rufus Wainwright and Joni Mitchell. Discovering her own passion for telling stories through song, she began writing at a young age.

Her debut EP ‘The Boat’ was released in 2015, with the track ‘Jeanie’ seeing Beth become BBC Wales Artist of the Week. ‘Wilderness’ was her second EP released later that year.

In 2016 Beth released ‘Live at the Beacon Cafe’, which was recorded at a show in Dorset, where Beth now lives with her family.

July 2019 will see the release of Beth’s debut studio album ‘Our Hearts Will Conquer’.
